Machinelab manufactures vial filling, capping, inspection and packaging machinery for customers in GMP regulated industries. The Core expertise is Automation for Diagnostics and Pharmaceuticals. Applications include In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) reagent filling and capping, diagnostics automation, cartridge assembly, IVD kit assembly, cartoning and case packing, puck loading, labelling. Also small batch pharmaceutical vial filling and special purpose machines for diagnostics, pharma, medical device, cosmetics and food. Our machines are GMP compliant and ready for interface with Batch, OEE and MES systems as required.

Why Machinelab?
Our Factory
Our factory in Wexford, Ireland includes:
- Assembly and FAT halls. Customers can inspect their filling and packaging machines and perform IQ/OQ tests with the assistance of Machinelab Engineers.
- There is a fully equipped R&D Prototyping Lab with state-of-the-art Tool Room with Robotic Milling Capability. Also vision Inspection test Benches for proof of concept.

Our Design Philosophy
