Tool Room 

We have a fully equipped tool room where we can quickly manufacture complex parts for our clients using our state of the Art equipment. We can also help our clients to manage outsourced machining processes by providing Engineering Supervision. We have a fully equipped Test Laboratory for QC Inspection. Our equipment includes:

Proof of Concept Design 

We  are proud partners to some of the largest Manufacturing Companies in the World. We have succeeded in partnering with them through our intense commitment to helping them to innovate and succeed. 

We have a Design Office with Mechanical, Electrical and Software Design Engineers who are experienced in Rapid Prototyping, Proof of Concept and FMEA. 

We can support the development of a URS and Design Specification.

Material Analysis

We have been designing and manufacturing precision parts for Engineering, Aerospace, Medical and Surgical Devices for a number of years. We have become expert in analyzing Material Suitability for Manufacture. We have the capability to use a Broad range of Materials, including (but not limited to):

We are Fanatical about Quality! We understand that our customers put their trust in us. We maintain absolute commitment to Quality and Attention to Detail. We have different Levels of QC Inspection depending on Material, Tolerance, Surface Finish, Final Application and Functional Requirement. 

 

Fixture & Jig Design 

Our Specialist Tool Makers are highly skilled at their Craft.

Jigs are used to make the manufacturing process faster and more cost-effective.

Fixtures are used to provide Control to the Customer’ process. We work closely with our customers to Design Fixtures that often form the Critical Element of a Process. Our Fixtures are used on Work Stations and have been installed in some of the Largest Manufacturers in the World.
