The MachineLab Story

Machinelab Ltd. was set up in 2021 by Sean Kehoe, after having worked in the automation industry for several years. Identifying a gap in the market that was focused on three key points; lead time, price and quality, it was commonplace in the industry to solve one of these issues however, Engineers were struggling hard to find a solution that would simultaneously allow optimal lead time, competitive pricing without having to compromise on the quality – In fact, they often surpass expectations when it comes to durability and quality.

From their base in the Whitemill Industrial Estate, Wexford Town – Sean and business partner Kevin Harte operate a team of highly skilled engineers, providing services to clients involved in the medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, motor, high value engineering and oil and gas sectors.

Machine Lab is a specialist Design and Manufacturing Company that offers a full life cycle design and manufacturing service for custom-built parts and assemblies for pharmaceutical and medical device companies and other highly regulated industries.

We succeed by bridging the gap between the user requirement and the as-built reality through careful analysis of the requirement, development of a 3D model and drawings for approval and evaluation of the right material and method of manufacture.

We work in partnership with our customers to help them to bridge the gap between the ‘what’ and the ‘how’.
